OUR FOUNDER’S STORY

“We do not rise alone.
We rise together.”
Marcela Arenas

Founder & Executive Director

A new beginning.
A shared purpose.

I came to the United States as an immigrant carrying hope, ambition, and the determination to build a better life.

Starting over meant learning unfamiliar systems, finding my voice, and rebuilding my confidence. My journey led me to entrepreneurship, marketing, technology, and business strategy. It also taught me how much can change when a woman gains access to knowledge, tools, and the confidence to use them.

I founded Hispana Realizada in 2017 to help Hispanic women recognize their potential and create opportunities of their own. As AI began changing how we work and build businesses, I saw a new way to carry that mission forward. Today, our work connects practical AI education with entrepreneurship, bilingual learning, and leadership, so more women can build with confidence and open doors for others.
