How we measure impact

This is our measurement framework, not a dashboard of current results. We will publish verified results as data becomes available.

  • Access
  • Skills
  • Implementation
  • Economic Opportunity
  • Leadership
  • AI confidence before and after
  • Training hours
  • Business assets completed
  • Businesses started
  • Existing businesses supported
  • Time saved using AI
  • Marketing or customer-follow-up systems implemented
  • Funding applications prepared
  • Career advancement voluntarily reported
  • Graduates who become mentors
  • Participant satisfaction

Measurement principles

Consent

Participants choose whether to share progress, stories, or businesses. Reporting career advancement is voluntary.

Privacy

We will publish aggregated information where appropriate and protect personal data and confidential business details.

Accuracy

We will distinguish verified data from participant-reported information, identifying the reporting period and method.

No overstated outcomes

A prepared application is not funding received. We do not attribute employment, income, or success to training without evidence.

Future vision

Next steps, subject to support

Future initiative, subject to funding and approval

Launch Grants

Hispana Realizada intends to explore small graduate microgrants, subject to dedicated funding and board/program approval. The concept is for graduates to eventually apply with an implementation plan for practical next steps. Launch Grants are not currently available and applications are not open.

Planned, with participant consent

Graduate Business Showcase

As the alumni community grows, we plan to highlight graduate businesses, projects, and community contributions with each participant’s consent. This could later become a directory. No graduate business listings are being published yet.

An ongoing pathway

Hispana Realizada Alumni Network

The network is designed as a continuation of Community AI Leaders. Graduates can keep learning, practice leadership, and share their experience with other women. Opportunities will be organized as cohorts and the network develop.
